🏆⚾ GRAND FINAL WRAP-UP ⚾🏆

WHAT A WAY TO FINISH THE SEASON, MONTY! 🖤🤍❤️

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to our A4 team, who yesterday claimed the 2026 Premiership! 🏆

And what makes this achievement even more special… it’s a THREEPEAT! 🔥

The A4 boys have now held the premiership shield since 2024, going back-to-back-to-back and cementing their place in Monty Baseball history. What an incredible achievement! 👏🏆

A massive congratulations also goes to our A3 and E Grade teams, who both finished as Grand Final runners-up after hard-fought battles that went right down to the very end.

There is so much to be proud of. ❤️

Three Monty teams making Grand Finals is an incredible achievement and a testament to the dedication, commitment and belief within our senior program.

We also want to give a HUGE congratulations to two of our Monty players who were recognised with League MVP honours!

⚾ WOMEN’S 2026 SEASON WRAP ⚾

It wasn’t the result we were hoping for today, with our Monty Chicks going down 14–10 to Knox in the Preliminary Final.

But what a season it has been. ❤️

The Women have taken another huge step forward in 2026, putting together their best season yet and finishing 2nd on the ladder with an impressive:

🔥 12 Wins | 4 Losses | 2 Draws

That’s a massive improvement from 2025, where the team finished with 7 wins, 9 losses and 1 draw,

And the numbers tell another great story…

⚾ 2025 Runs For & Against: 252–238
⚾ 2026 Runs For & Against: 246–159

That 159 runs against is a fantastic reflection of just how much this team’s defence has improved. 💪

From the first pitch of the season to today, the growth, determination and belief in this group has been incredible to watch.

While today’s result hurts a little, there is so much to be proud of.

To our players, coaches, volunteers, families and supporters — thank you for being part of the journey and for getting behind the girls every step of the way. 🖤🤍

The season may be over, but this team is only getting started.

We can’t wait to see you all back in 2027 for another great season of Monty Women’s baseball! ⚾🔥

❤️⚾ HAPPY FATHER’S DAY FROM MONTY BASEBALL⚾❤️

Today, we celebrate the dads who give so much more than just their time.

The dads who are there before everyone else, setting up the grounds.

The dads who stay behind to pack everything away.

The dads who coach, umpire, score, throw BP and lend a hand at training.

The dads who spend their evenings driving to and from training, making sure their kids never miss a moment.

The dads who stand on the sidelines on game day, cheering, encouraging and supporting — win or lose.

And the dads who quietly step in whenever they’re needed, often without ever asking for recognition.

You might think you’re just helping out at baseball, but to your kids, you’re doing so much more.

You’re giving them your time.
You’re teaching them about teamwork, commitment and resilience.
You’re creating memories they’ll carry with them long after their playing days are over.

Years from now, they may not remember every score or every game…

…but they’ll remember Dad was there.❤️

To all the incredible dads, grandads, stepdads and father figures who make up our Monty Baseball family — thank you for everything you do.

We see it. We appreciate it. And we’re incredibly grateful.
