Have you set your big scary active goals for this year? If you have awesome - make sure you share it with us - if you haven't, that's cool too! If you are struggling here are my top tips to setting those goals this year:
1. Break it down - into little digestible mini-goals. You don't run 100kms without many steps - so break it down into little goals.
2. ALWAYS celebrate the completion of a goal, no matter if its a mini sub goal or the huge goal. Celebrate and acknowledge every single one being ticked off.
3. No matter what the outcome is for each mini or huge goal, take stock and keep working towards the next step. Learn from the things that don't go to plan - because NOTHING will ALWAYS go to plan - it's just the way it is.
4. Repeat the process. Again, and again, and again until you reach your big scary goal. Then CELEBRATE!!
5. Set yourself another big scary goal! Rinse and repeat steps 1 to 5.
And ALWAYS believe in yourself you amazing human.
