I've been busy with both, work and social life, and haven't uploaded any videos in a few weeks. However, some good came out of it - a Slow Flow sequence to help body relax. It's really easy to get pulled into that energy of being on a constant go and after a while, it gets challenging to actually slow down. Slowing down all of a sudden becomes a strange feeling.
So the latest video will help you slow down, relax your body and mind in order to reconnect with your inner being.
