We aim to use this page as another method of getting information to our members and to enhance our sense of community. All posts will be approved by moderators before being published and bad language and negative attitudes will not be tolerated. If you have any issues that you would like help with or require any information from the club please use one of the contact details provided on the club website at tdsc.org.au or in the Player's Handbook provided to you at sign in. On behalf of our committee, we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has made 2026 such a fantastic year! 🥰

To our incredible parents and families — thank you for all the early mornings, late afternoons, training sessions, game days, driving, cheering and everything in between. Your support makes our club what it is. ❤️

To our amazing players — thank you for giving it your all, supporting your teammates, having fun and representing Teviot Downs with pride. We are so proud of every single one of you! ⚽️🙌🏼

We hope you all had an absolute ball at our break-up on Saturday! 🎉

Nothing brings us more joy than seeing our club families together — laughing, chatting, relaxing and simply enjoying each other’s company. That is what community football is all about! 🥰

From the jumping castles and face painting, to the crazy hair spray and snow cones… there were plenty of smiles, laughs and memories made! 🥳❄️🍧

What an incredible result, girls! You showed determination, worked for each other and got the job done when it mattered most.

⚽ TEVIOT DOWNS SOCCER CLUB MEMBERS’ PRESENTATION ⚽

This is a private club event for Teviot Downs Soccer Club members and their families only. It is not open to the general public.

📅 This Saturday
⏰ Presentations commence at 3:00 PM sharp
🏰 Jumping castles from 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
🍔 Hot food available from the canteen
🍻 Alcohol available for purchase

Please remember that we are a licensed venue, so no alcohol can be brought into the grounds.

We all know there’s always that one person who wants to be sneaky 😂 but please do the right thing. The individual fines are huge and it could also place the club’s licence at risk.

It’s only one day, so please support the canteen. The club receives a portion of the sales as a fundraiser, so every purchase helps support the Tevvies! 💙🖤🩷

⚽ TEVIOT DOWNS SUMMER 7s – LET’S SEE WHAT WE GET! ⚽

We’re excited to be looking at kicking off our Summer 7s competition from approximately 7 October 2026, running through until December.

This competition is OPEN TO EVERYONE – you do not need to be an existing Teviot Downs player or member. Grab your mates, put a team together and get your nomination in!

🔥 PROPOSED COMPETITIONS

JUNIORS – Thursday Nights
⚽ U10/U11
⚽ U12/U13
⚽ U14/U15

SENIORS – Wednesday Nights
🩷 Women’s Open
🩷 Women’s Legends 30+
⚽ Men’s Open
⚽ Men’s Over 35s

⚽ 7-a-side
👥 Maximum 10 players per team
⏱️ 25-minute halves
🙋 Referees supplied
💰 $115 per player
$80 Teviot competition fee + $35 compulsory FQ Play On fee

Please do not individually register yet. Individual player registration will open once teams have been accepted into the competition.

We will review team nominations on 21 September to ensure we have sufficient numbers for each competition to proceed.

🔥 DON’T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE – TEAMS WILL FILL FAST!

Once a competition reaches capacity, you may miss out.

If we receive a huge response, we may look at adding an additional competition night to accommodate more teams where possible.

And remember – this is open to everyone, not just existing Teviot members. Teams from other clubs, groups of mates and new players are all welcome.

So get your 10 together, come up with a team name and send that nomination in!

Next week is our FINAL week of training for the 2026 season, so we’re finishing it off with a bit of fun!

For your last training session, wear absolutely ANYTHING except soccer or training gear!

Costumes 🦸
Pyjamas 💤
Work uniforms 👷
Hawaiian shirts 🌺
Retro outfits 🕺
Or come dressed as your coach or one of your teammates 😂

Get creative — the more ridiculous, the better!

Just make sure whatever you choose is safe enough to actually train and play in. ⚽😂

⚽️ SEMI FINAL SATURDAY ⚽️

After a fantastic season, it all comes down to this. 💙🖤

Both our FQPL Men and FQPL U23s finished 3rd on the ladder, earning their place in this weekend’s Semi Finals and giving Teviot Downs plenty to be proud of along the way.

Our FQPL Men finished the season with 49 goals scored and only 22 conceded, while our U23s also found the back of the net 49 times, finishing with an impressive +24 goal difference.

But the numbers only tell part of the story.

It’s been a season of hard work, commitment and some great football. Week after week these players have turned up for each other and represented Teviot Downs with pride.

We are also incredibly proud that our FQPL Men have gone through the season with NO red cards to their name. They’ve competed hard and played to win, but they’ve done it while showing respect, discipline and integrity — values that matter just as much to us as results on the field. 💙🖤

This Saturday both teams take on Holland Park Hawks, with a place in the Grand Final on the line.
