A week into the Push Up Challenge this month and my shoulders are definitely feeling it.
But here's what's keeping me going: Each push-up represents a man we lost to su***de in Australia last year. 3,307 blokes who felt like they had nowhere to turn.
As a fitness coach, I see it all the time. Successful men, busy fathers, career-focused guys who look like they have it all together... but they're quietly struggling.
The thing about us blokes? We're great at fixing everyone else's problems, but terrible at asking for help with our own.
We push through. We "get on with it." We tell ourselves we should be stronger.
But here's what I've learned over years of coaching and doing this challenge: Strength isn't about suffering in silence. Real strength is admitting when you're not okay.
That's exactly why I launched my Free Men's Jump Start program this weekโฆ to give blokes a place to start feeling better and more confident, without the overwhelm.
So while I'm cranking out another 160 today (and feeling every single one), I'm not just building muscle. I'm building conversations and creating real support for men who need it.

Still got 15 days to go, and I'm not stopping. ๐ช
