𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝟭 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 #𝟮.
Now, I know what you're thinking… "Classic sales pressure, Dazza."
𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱:
I personally coach every bloke in this program.
The one-on-one sessions. The weekly check-ins. The adjustments when work or stress gets in the way.
You can't do that properly with 20 or 30 people.
So when I say 1 spot… that's not a marketing trick. That's just the reality.
And I want to be straight with you about something.
If you don't take action this weekend, how will you feel?
You'll wake up Monday and that familiar frustration returns.
The same nagging feeling that you're not looking after yourself.
The same disappointment when you catch yourself in the mirror.
The same drained feeling by mid-afternoon.
The same sense that you're letting yourself down.
𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳:
June becomes September.
September becomes "after this busy period at work."
"After this busy period" becomes "maybe next year."
Meanwhile, that feeling of being disappointed in yourself gets stronger:
→ Less energy, more frustration
→ Less confidence, more self-doubt
→ Less pride, more resignation
→ Less hope, more acceptance that "this is just how it is now"
I'm not trying to guilt you, mate.
I'm just being honest about what I've seen over the past decade.
The blokes from the March Jump Start group?
They weren't feeling great about themselves when they started.
Nick felt uncertain about his fitness journey.
Adam felt like he needed proper guidance.
But they decided those feelings weren't worth carrying for another few months.
14 days later? They felt proud, confident, and genuinely excited about their progress.
The ones who said "I'll start when I feel more motivated" are still waiting to feel motivated.
𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝟰𝟴 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲:
Keep feeling frustrated with yourself.
Or commit to 14 days and actually feel good again.
Comment 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗬 if you're done feeling this way.
Doors close Sunday 11:59pm.
