Representative cricket provides players with an exciting opportunity to further develop their skills, challenge themselves against quality opposition, and progress through the LDCA and South East Queensland representative pathways.

We encourage all eligible and aspiring players to register their interest and review the trial information for their relevant age group.

The LDCA representative program continues to provide strong development pathways into South East Queensland Stormers and Queensland Junior Cricket representative opportunities.

We encourage players of all experience levels to nominate and be part of an exciting upcoming representative season.

Please ensure registrations are completed prior to the advertised trial dates and keep an eye on the LDCA website and social media pages for further announcements and updates.

We look forward to seeing all players at trials and wish everyone the very best for the upcoming representative season.

Kind Regards,

Paul Wagstaff

Just to give everyone the heads up, the lights at Greenbank will not be available for at least the next week.

The reason for this is some lovely person who only cares about themselves has decided to try and take the cabling from our Lighting and cut the cables but couldn't take it.

So until I let you know on here we will not be able to use the lights

Game 9 v Helensvale.

With our first 3 choices for opening bowlers missing, it was up to the co-captains Matt Turbill and Benson Trembath to take the new ball and between them they held Helensvale to 22 runs from the first 10 overs.

Spin King Daniel Haack was chasing the leading bowler trophy and his 3/28 levelled him up at the break. Wazza Gibson in just his second spell of the season grabbed 2/18 from his 5 overs.

Shaun Nolan behind the stumps coming up with 4 dismissals.

With the bat, it was the competitions leading run scorer at it again as Joel Ward smacked 54 from 30, with 42 of his runs coming in boundaries…Joel ending the season with 299 runs at an average of 75!

Craig Stott (36), Dave Harvey (37) and Ben Schneider (23) all contributing to the run chase as we reeled in the target of 181 with 8 overs and 3 wickets to spare.

After starting the season 0/4, we went 5 wins in a row to end the season and finished half a game outside the top 4 and a semi final position…not bad for our first foray into the Over 40’s…

Onwards and upwards next season as we start planning for Sept 2026 and the possibility of adding more players to the squad and who knows maybe another team!!!
