The has started, and today the Isshogi Dojo Team are taking on 100 push ups.

Today’s push up target is 100 because as little as 10 minutes sitting and walking in green spaces can boost mental well-being 💪🚶‍♂️

We’re taking on The Push-Up Challenge this year and would for love for you to join us to boost your physical and mental fitness, while also raising awareness and funds for mental health.

The Challenge is to complete 3,307 push-ups in 24 days (June 3-26), but you can do half the target if you prefer. Should be a bit of fun!

Huge congratulations to Aidan on receiving his tip on his brown belt. One step closer to his black belt grading! 👏🥋

This achievement is about far more than skill alone. It represents commitment, resilience, discipline, and the true spirit of our Isshogi family.

Every single week, Aidan makes the incredible journey from Russell Island to Greenbank just to train… a trip that involves a ferry, public transport, and rides from siblings on the mainland. Even when he can only make it once a week, he shows up ready to work hard, learn, and give 100% every session.

Well done, Aidan, your hard work never goes unnoticed. 🔥👊
