….But your goal is 🫤 actually to reduce your body mass your body fat and change the shape of your body.

I call green and white veggies normally “calorie free “veggies 🥳
It takes more energy, more calories to burn 🔥 & digest these types of vegetables 🥦 than what they actually contain 😄👏🏻

My 3 Favorite things I love about Cleanse days:

1: Increased Human Growth Hormone (HGH)

Did you know that from around the 16 hour mark, our body starts to produce elevated levels of HGH. At the 24 hour mark the science shows that men on average have a 2000% (20x) spike in HGH, and for women it is on average a 1300% (13x) spike. This gradually increases as we enter into day 2, f we are completed a 2 day fast.
This elevated HGH has incredible health benefits such as:
- Increased fat burning
- Supporting muscle growth
- Rejuvenation
- Increased energy
- Better sleep
- Mental clarity
- Faster recovery from training

2: Autophagy

Autophagy (pronounced “ah-TAH-fah-gee”) is your body’s process of reusing old and damaged cell parts. Cells are the basic building blocks of every tissue and organ in your body. Each cell contains multiple parts that keep it functioning. Over time, these parts can become defective or stop working. They become litter, or junk, inside an otherwise healthy cell.

Autophagy is your body’s cellular recycling system. It allows a cell to disassemble its junk parts and repurpose the salvageable bits and pieces into new, usable cell parts. A cell can discard the parts it doesn’t need.

Autophagy is also quality control for your cells. Too many junk components in a cell take up space and can slow or prevent a cell from functioning correctly. Autophagy remakes the clutter into the selected cell components you need, optimizing your cells’ performance.

3: Improved Body Compostion

Once the body has used up sugars as a fuel source, at approximately the 16 hour mark, it then taps into its oil reserves, and enters a mild state of Ketosis, using fat as a fuel source. This combined with the elevated HGH really kicks the body into fat burn mode.. All while maintaining lean muscle tissue. This process helps to improve body composition, making our bodies way more efficient.

Getting your daily steps in can do so much more than we think.

There are so many benefits to walking, and it’s sooo easy to do.

Think about where you have little blocks of time 💭🤔 and can get some steps in:

👟 to fetch kids from school
👟 after dinner walk
👟 walk the animals, or kids, or both 🤣
👟 walking meetings with colleagues of if you are on the phone, go for a walk while you take the call
👟 walk to the gym or at the gym catching up on some Netflix

After training this morning, I felt like a yummy brunch, so threw this together, and it’s AMAZING, so thought I would share:

••Baked oats••

1 banana 🍌
1-1.5 cups of oats 🌾
Almond milk (or milk of your choice)🥛
1 scoop IsaPro Whey Protein 💪
1 tsp nut butter of your choice 🥜
Handful frozen berries 🫐🍓

Put a little coconut oil on the base of dish so it didn’t stick. Then mashed a banana for the base. Spread the nut butter on top of the banana in the dish. Added the oats on top, and covered this with almond milk. Sprinkled Whey Protein on top and then added some frozen berries.

Bake at 180 for approx 20min

There would be so many variations you can use with this.
