Over the weekend, STEPUP took on with 20 members proudly representing our gym.

Every single person gave 110%, left it all out on the competition floor, and embodied what STEPUP is all about:
Hard Work, Team Work & Community!

While one of our teams proudly finished on the podium in 3rd place, the real victory was seeing our members challenge themselves, support one another, and step outside their comfort zones.

Because at STEPUP, success isn’t just measured by medals or placings.

It’s measured by showing up, giving your best, and proving to yourself what is possible.

A huge congratulations to everyone who competed. We’re proud of every single one of you.

Now it’s back to training, back to work, and back to Getting Sh*t Done!

A huge congratulations to our very first Member of the Month at STEPUP HQ 🥳

Vanessa has been with us for over 5 years and continues to show up day in and day out with an incredible attitude and work ethic.

She’s lost over 10kg, transformed not only physically but mentally, improved her fitness tremendously, and continues to prove what’s possible through consistency and hard work.

And did we mention she’s also a grandmother.

But that’s not the reason she earned Member of the Month.

Vanessa earned this because she consistently shows up up to 6 days per week, puts in the work without excuses, and inspires everyone around her to do the same.

She leads from the front.
Encourages others.
And represents exactly what STEPUP is all about.
