VALE PAUL HAWKE

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Paul Hawke, who lost his brave battle this week at the age of 52.

Paul played 116 games for Grange and was a key part of the LO1 glory days. Serving as Vice Captain for five seasons, including a premiership in 2010/2011. He was not only a leader on the field but someone who set the standard for what it meant to be a teammate.

To many, Paul was the best mate and friend any cricketer could wish for. His impact went far beyond the game, and his presence will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Our thoughts are with the Hawke family during this incredibly difficult time, as well as his great mates Leigh Perkins, Nigel Thompson, and all those connected to the club.

Details of Paul’s farewell will be shared soon. It would be wonderful to see current Dolphins come together to honour a truly great man.
