As we approach our upcoming Annual General Meeting, I’d like to extend a warm invitation for you to attend and consider getting involved in the continued growth and direction of our club.

AGM Details:

Location: Grafton District Services Club (GDSC) Upstairs in the Boardroom. Ask at reception for directions.

Our AGM is not only an opportunity to reflect on the past year, but an important chance to have your voice heard, contribute to decisions, and help shape the future of the club. Whether you’ve been involved previously or have simply supported from the sidelines, your input is genuinely valued.

We are currently calling for nominations for committee roles and encouraging anyone interested—no matter how big or small the contribution—to put their hand up. There are many ways to be involved. Not all roles require a large time commitment, and many tasks can be done from home, in your own time. It’s often the small, behind-the-scenes efforts that keep everything running smoothly.

From helping with communication, assisting at events, contributing ideas, or supporting specific projects—every bit helps keep the wheels turning and strengthens what we can offer our athletes and community.

If you’ve ever thought about getting more involved, now is a great time. Fresh perspectives, new ideas, and shared responsibility are key to building a strong and sustainable club.

🥺 It was our last day of the season on Saturday. Check out the video...

🌞 The weather was perfect and the kids had a great time. We had 3 records broken and 36 PBs achieved. Everyone was keen to earn points right up until the last event. 🤩

💜 QLD & NSW Championships 💜

Last weekend, 14 athletes represented our club in 2 different competitions, over 4 days.

⭐️ 5 made it through to the Australian National Championships.
⭐️ 3 medals were taken home
⭐️ And lots of PBs were achieved
