The clinic is open to junior athletes from all sports and clubs and is designed to help junior athletes reach their full athletic potential if you play afl, netball, athletics, rugby league, rugby union, soccer, cricket, oztag, touch or basketball then this clinic is for you

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
The clinic is open to junior athletes between the ages of 9 and 13 from all sports and skill levels looking to improve their speed, agility, fitness and overall athletic ability.
The sessions are tailored to individual needs. Unlike other clinics our low coach-to-athlete ratio ensures a more personalised approach and attention to detail for maximum improvement.

The clinic will be coached by Paul Nancarrow a level IV elite sprints coach, with over 35 years coaching experience - inc former Taiwanese National Sprints Coach and having won premierships with the Sydney Roosters & Newcastle Jets as a sprints / strength & conditioning coach.

GNA Representative Specialist Clinic 🏐✨️💪🏽

Today our U12s and U14s Representative athletes spent the day at the GNA courts taking part in a specialist clinic to prepare for Junior State Titles.

Athletes worked through specialist position sessions, full court attack and defence, team bonding, strategy games, recovery and nutrition education.

A huge thank you to all our GNA Rep Coaches and Managers, and a special thank you to Bonnie Bruce, Lara Robinson, Candice Chevalley and Mel Kamoto for sharing their knowledge and helping our athletes continue to develop their skills.

A fantastic day of learning, connection and growth for our future GNA stars.
