This is the resulting clean up of the panning tubs after the Wowan Show. Plenty of interest from all walks of life, young and older, novice and experienced. Only a few small bits had to be recovered, which means everyone had great retention in their pans. Looking forward to the next time!

Here at the 92nd Annual Wowan Agricultural show waiting for the gates to open at 8am. Come and support the Wowan Community and take in the atmosphere of a proper Country Show! Centre ring events kick off at 9am and there are even going to be Fireworks this evening.

Today we are making panning tubs for the kids at The Caves State School Country Fair this Saturday the 8th of August. Capricorn Prospecting Supplies in conjunction with the CQ Detectorists Club inc will be holding hands on panning demonstrations, and maybe sending the kids home with their own piece of real gold!
