It's the end of an era. Today, Josh coached his final class with us here at F45 Goulburn.

Over the last 4+ years, Josh has coached over 800 classes and helped countless members achieve their goals, some that they never thought possible. His commitment to you has been unwavering... he has always said that to him, it's not a job because he loves it.

We are extremely sad to see Josh go, but we wish him only great things with his move to Canberra with the lovely Gabby.

On behalf of myself, Lisa Breen , Kourtney McGarry and all of the coaching staff & members, both past & present, thank you Josh for all of the support, guidance, encouragement, torture and fun that you have given us. You'll be welcome in the studio anytime 🤗😃❤️💙💪👏

A huge apology to Dayna for missing her 300‑class milestone because she’s someone who truly deserves recognition. From starting out in a PT environment to becoming a confident, engaged, and community‑driven member of F45 Goulburn, Dayna has shown incredible growth. She’s taken on challenges, joined our netball team, and is always the first to get involved in studio and social events.
