THIS INCLUDES A PERSONALISED WORKOUT PLAN DESIGNED FOR YOU BY AN EXERCISE SCIENTIST.
When you buy the program you will be able to download a PDF form to fill out and email back so your program can be designed.
Once the form is filled out I will be in contact for a brief consultation call to confirm some details to help complete your program.
I will then finalise your custom-made personalised program within 7 days of submitting the form.
The program will be in a PDF format and emailed to you.
The program will go for 12 weeks and include 3 phases (week 1-4, week 5-8 and week 9-12).
Each phase will include 2-5 different weekly workouts, that are repeated each week of that phase but with an increase in sets, reps and/or intensity (Note: a good program will have a balance between repetition and variety).
Between all 3 phases you will have around 6-15 completely different workouts depending on your goals and how often you wish to train.
The program does not include any official check ins but you can reach out and ask questions via text or email and we will do our best to get back to you ASAP.
