On behalf of everyone at GDNA, thank you to every person who purchased a ticket and supported our raffle. Your generosity helps make a real difference to our representative program, assisting our players with the costs associated with representing GDNA at carnivals, development opportunities and state events throughout the season.

🏐 Bench Time Isn't a Bad Thing 🏐

In netball, time on the bench isn't a punishment — it's an important part of team sport.

Bench time provides players with the opportunity to rest, reset, observe the game from a different perspective and learn from what's happening on court. It helps manage player wellbeing, allows coaches to trial combinations and ensures everyone contributes to the team's success.

Some of the best learning happens from the sideline. Watching game play, recognising patterns and supporting teammates are all valuable skills that help players grow.

Remember, a strong team isn't just the seven players on court — it's every player wearing the uniform, cheering from the bench and contributing to the team's journey. 💜🤍🏐
