Natasha has completed her own weight loss and fitness goals. Starting with a weight loss of 32kg over 18months, Natasha has maintained this loss for over 18months and since studied Fitness so that she can help others reach their goals. Natasha now calls herself a runner, with her first 10.5km fun run coming up in August 2014 and this year has approx 8 Obstacle/Mud runs under this years belt! These
