A little bit about Brad

* ⁠experience:
🎉 Competed cert 3 and 4 in 2022, have always been into fitness and sports.

* ⁠approach to fitness:
🏋️ Group fitness is my favourite slugging it out with others

* ⁠favourite part of the job:
🧡 Love seeing members finish the zones in time caps or hitting new Pbs

* ⁠3 fun bits:
🎾I play tennis
👾Build model kits and play video games in my free time

INTRODUCING YOUR HEAD COACH - CARLA 🤩 .vic.graham

💭 A little about Carla
• Experience: Recently completed Cert III qualification &
9 years of CrossFit experience, took a little break to have two babies and back at it again, found my passion for fitness after postpartum and finding myself again.
Absolutely thrilled & honoured to be able to coach members at HIIT Republic Goulburn ✨
Participated in many CrossFit competitions, Hyrox and did my first ever half marathon last year (2024)
• Approach to fitness: A good coach can change a game, a great coach can change a life.
• Favourite part of the job: The members/ community
Being able to know everyone’s stories, their why & what motivates them ✨

🔥 Fun bits:
• Favourite workout: “DT” or anything with barbells
• Go-to post-gym feed: Eggs and avo on sour dough(very boring I know) add feta if I’m feel fancy
• Favourite quote:
“what you’re not changing, you’re choosing”
