When you set yourself a goal, or embark on something new make sure you have the right intentions around it. Yeah sure it would be nice to have abs if thats what you so desire, but it's also great to have a better relationship with your body regardless of how it looks.
It's ok if you want to lose weight but its also great to simply exercise for your mental health and to feel strong and have more energy rather than be focused (or obsessed) with a certain number on the scales.
Your journey, whatever the purpose or reason is yours alone. So instead of making sure others know about or understand it, make sure you understand it and that at the end of the day, it's what you really want and what's going to help you be the best version of you moving foward π
