18 months of winging it.
Not eating properly.
Not training consistently.
Rehabbing a knee injury that honestly broke more than just my body.
There were days I couldn’t walk properly, let alone lift. I felt weak. Frustrated. Like I was starting from zero again (and again).
But here’s the thing no one tells you: progress doesn’t always look like PBs and abs.
Sometimes it looks like walking pain-free.
Like finally doing a leg session without flinching.
Like getting back into the gym with a plan that doesn’t wreck your joints.
I’ve spent the last few months slowly rebuilding. Training smart. Healing.
Now? I’m doing my own 8 week shred.
Not just to look a certain way—
But to prove to myself that I can commit
again.
That I can be strong and healthy.
That I’ve still got it 👊
This isn’t a “bounce back” story.
It’s a build back stronger story.
