Merry Chrissy and a safe new year leading into 2025 for all of our Fox's Boxing Den crew 🥊

We had our final lunch wind-up yesterday with a catch up afterwards back at the gym. Was great to see those who could make it along. Thanks for your support throughout the year 🙏

We will be opening the gym back up probably late Jan early Feb around kids school holidays as per normal. For those who are fighting March we will post closer to the time of your timelines to start prep work at least 6 weeks out.

For now though enjoy the break !! You have all worked hard this year and catch y'all in '25 !

Blast from the past .. and a little bit of a spiel here with this post, as it is just quite bizarre ..

July 28th, 2022, The Examiner, - local Gosnells community paper article 👇👇

So for years, both of our Sons were trained at Fox's Boxing Den when they were younger. It was mainly to improve their explosive cardio fitness, and core strength that we knew the gym could train into our boys, as well as the ability to Box, and look after themselves mentally, psychologically and physically. They trained hard. One did BMX racing and got #4 in the state series and also played Footy, the other still plays Footy League now for Kenwick Royals, and is a gun player.

Anyway, after a soaking wet footy game on the weekend, my Son Kynan just sent me this 👉👉 "look what I just found from a couple years ago while I was trying to scrunch news paper to dry my boots"!!

Now if that isn't synchronicity with the timing of Caitlin winning Olympic bronze, I don't know what is !!

As most of you would know by now, our Caitlin Parker has made 🇦🇺 🥊 history after becoming the first 🇦🇺 female Boxer to ever win an Olympic medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics after winning her bronze 🥉

Just goes to show, if you dream big, put in the hard work, and I mean HARD WORK, and it does not get any TOUGHER than our gym - then you will get the results, which we have proven time and time again. We have produced multiple Boxing Champions coming out of the Fox's Boxing Den stables with head trainer Foxy and assistant Shamus putting in massive amounts of time and commitment into the local community youth, producing some of the best Boxers in Australia, and now the world.

Even though Caitlin is now based on the East Coast where she trains with the AIS, we are sooooo proud of you Caitlin back home here in WA where you really made your mark!!

Amazing what you find with the timing of it all when you go to dry your footy boots out, and makes for an interesting read now knowing how well Caity has done for herself !!

We always knew Caitlin was destined for greatness, and her journey is far from over yet 💚💛🥊🇦🇺🦘🥉
