R U OK? Day is a reminder that a simple conversation can make all the difference.

At Gosford Water Polo, we're here for each other - in the pool and out of it. Whether you're training, competing, or just part of our community, your wellbeing matters.

If you're going through a tough time, you don't have to face it alone. You can chat to any of our committee members, coaches, or teammates. Our Member Protection Officer Ali Carlisle is also here to support our members. Reach out to [email protected]

🇦🇺🦞 Good luck, Sam!

A huge shoutout to our very own Sam Hughes, who is currently in Tokyo representing the Australian Sharks in the two-match series! 🇦🇺🇯🇵

For those new to the club, Sam is a true Lobster through and through. 🦞 He started his water polo journey as a junior at Gosford, worked his way through the grades and represented our First Grade team right up until last season.

Sam then took the next step in his career, signing a professional contract in Hungary, where he continued to develop and compete at the highest level overseas. Sam landed back on home soil just recently and has been training with the Aussie sharks ever since, narrowly missing out on the World Cup finals due to injury.

It’s awesome to see one of our own representing Australia on the international stage. We’re incredibly proud of you, Sam, and we’ll be cheering you on from home!
