With Prep underway for our Gordonvale Sugar Solstice Mouth Watering Menu , our focus turned to keeping it cool.

Cold Frog Cairns - Airconditioning and Refrigeration were our first point of call.

Knowing of the 'Eye Catching' Cold Room, we worked quickly to secure it for the weekend.

Thank you Cold Frog Cairns - Airconditioning and Refrigeration for being part of our journey , and we can't wait to show Gordonvale the wicked artwork.

The cold rooms COLD , with plenty of room for our 3 chefs to work their magic.

Righto , we've got something to tell you all. This one goes out to Pacific Toyota , however , were a little overwhelmed with the prep for the Gordonvale Sugar Solstice right now to explain.

Another special thank you today goes to Tom's Confectionery Warehouse. Thanks to our lolly sponsors for the Sugar Solstice , we've been able to purchase the most incredible selection of lollies you've ever seen.

My first visit to Tom's Confectionery Warehouse was many many years ago. To see how the store has transformed , is impressive to say the least. They now have a Human Claw , and almost ever lolly you've ever seen. Put it this way, if they don't have it , it probably doesn't exist.

Thanks Tom's Confectionery Warehouse for picking and packing the order and thanks to Ozwide freight , not only picking up our colossal order of lollies , but delivering them to Cairns.

Absolute awesome bit of footage of the big guys coming in after the 50th Cairns Black Marlin Tournament.

With entries now open , it won't be long until we see them all head out again, this time for their 60th Anniversary.

Member Scotty caught himself a little black trolling hard boddies at Cape Grafton for our second weigh in.

If we had a guess who'd take it out this year , it'd surely be Scotty.
