🏇 SUNDY IN GUNDY IS BACK! 🏇

Firstly, we would like to sincerely thank everyone for their patience while we worked behind the scenes to source a suitable new date for the Johnstone Concrete Inglewood Cup. After much-needed rain forced the original Inglewood Cup meeting to be postponed, the Goondiwindi Race Club was determined to ensure this important country cup still had its moment on the calendar. And now… we race. 🙌

On Sunday, July 5, Gunsynd Park will turn back the clock and bring back the spirit of the iconic “Sundy in Gundy” race days, 25 years after the club first helped pioneer Sunday racing in the early 2000s.

Expect a cracking day trackside with:

RACE DAY UPDATE

Unfortunately, due to the rain received and the forecast ahead, this Saturday’s races have been called off.

We’ve had 51mm overnight, on top of 18mm already received, with another 35mm predicted today and showers expected again Friday.

While it’s great rain for the region, it’s just not race day weather.

We are currently awaiting confirmation of a new date for the meeting to be transferred and will update everyone as soon as we know more.
