Goondiwindi Diggers Swimming Club Inc. The Diggers Swimming Club is a family friendly group. We swim every Sunday* (October – April) 9am – 11am at the Goondiwindi Town pool.

Our focus is on fun, friendship and fitness with most racing handicapped although competition events are also held throughout the year. Our multigenerational membership includes families with grandparents and grandchildren – all being encouraged to bring out the best in their individual performances. Social events form an important part of our activities and we have morning tea after events are fi

nalised every Sunday. We also take part in the annual AIF carnival hosted at clubs including Southport, Albury, Dubbo and Nelson Bay. Joining Fee $25 per single and $50.00 per family.

All past and present members of the Goondiwindi Diggers Swimming Club wish to pass on our deepest sympathies to Gail, Steve and family following the passing of Mr John Toohey OAM.
John was a Life Member and was known to all as ‘Club Captain for Life’ and was a regular competitor at all local and inter-club carnivals.
John will be sorely missed and May he Rest in Peace.

Start your New Year fitness plan enjoying the beautiful town pool. Diggers Swim Club welcomes new members of all swim ability. It's about having fun and having a go. All ages catered for. Join us Sunday 2nd January 2022 to kick off the new year the right way. Start is 9am. No fee first swim.

It's official!!!! Our season will start on Sunday 24th October with 25m and 50m events in the beautiful Botangs. Please wear a swim cap. 9am for 9.30am start. Let your friends know they are welcome and bring on the 21/22 season. Kayaks & paddle boards welcome. Stay for morning tea after events.
