WEDNESDAY - Sculpt Reformer (to get strong)
THURSDAY - Conditioning (to get fit)
Friday - Signature Reformer (to move stronger for longer)
Whether it’s all of these or just some of them, it’s safe to say that’s some value for money or “bang for your buck” as we like to say.
