So today I headed out “ALONE” no kids, just me and the ocean.

Easily was one of the most interesting fishing days I’ve had. Learned a lot about of shore Gold Coast, exploring some random reef and just sounding around for fish.

I managed a nice Snapper for the family and also boated a couple of different species.

Live bait as the go as I was just getting smashed every drop with bust offs and being spooled on the light gear.

I witnessed a fellow fisherman catch a stonker of a Spanish mackerel in the seaway, was at least 1.2m. Overall it was a fantastic day out.
