I had a fair chunk taken out of my right forearm & behind my right knee this week.
All that time spent in the sun as a young kid / teenager / young adult. Forever chasing a tan to feel cool & skinny 😖

I’ll get the results in a week but most likely BCC - Basal Cell Carcinoma - the most common form of skin cancer which is a slow growing tumor.

🩵 WOOHOO 🙌

It just doesn’t get any better than this 🥹
Almost 200 participants went around & around the Goomalling Footy Oval on May 22nd to raise vital funds for .

I got to watch friends & community members tick off 1 lap, 10 laps, 40 laps & more! They achieved distances they didn’t know possible & they discovered how incredibly strong their mind & body can be.
