ILCA South Australia The SA Laser Association organises sailing/social events, training, promotional activities, for people who sail Lasers in South Australia.

The SA Laser Association organizes sailing/social events, training, promotional activities, for people who sail Lasers in South Australia. Each year the association holds 3 major series including:

State Championships
Metropolitan Championships
Frostbite Regatta
The South Australian Laser Association also supports regattas held throughout the state, including the Lobster Regatta held at Rivioli

Bay SC. SA Laser has been involved in a number a boat shows to promote the Laser class, including the On the Water Boat show and the Adelaide Boat Show. Senior membership to the Association is only $40, this includes entry fee to the SA Metropolitan Series. Discounts apply for Junior and Country members. If you own a Laser and want to be kept up to date with the happenings in the class, joining the Association is worth your while. Newsletters are sent out on a regular basis.

Our first winter training in tricky NW conditions- increasing wind and constant 💨bullets- peaking around 25knts testing our new sailors.

All looking for doing it again in a fortnight.

Great to see the Opti Squad and Laser Squad out and training amongst the Goolwa Sailing Club sailors.

Australian ILCA youth delivering an impressive performance in qualifying at the European championships, with Zoe Jackson from Victoria securing a spot in the Gold fleet. Sophia narrowly missed the Gold fleet by three positions, while Murray Duthie (WA)also in the boys' Silver fleet for finals.
