All my sessions include physical activity to suit all fitness levels. This is great for the super fit and the relatively new to exercise. I use a great range of equipment including ropes, sled, kettlebells, tyres, bands, hand weights, weighted balls, sandbags and much more.

We’re stoked to officially welcome Taylor to the LFB coaching crew!

You’ll start seeing her around the gym doing 1:1 PT sessions, and from next week she’ll also be jumping into our group classes.

With a wealth of experience and a coaching approach that aligns perfectly with what we’re all about at LFB, we know she’s going to be an incredible addition to our team and community.

One of the biggest additions to this year’s challenge is the inclusion of not one, but TWO Trail Running SA events as part of your challenge registration!

We’ve included a trail event in both the first and second half of the challenge, giving you the opportunity to challenge yourself on some of Adelaide’s most beautiful trails. Whether you’re new to trail running or already love hitting the dirt, there will be multiple distance options available to suit all fitness levels.

Along with our ever-popular location sessions including Olympics, Snake Pit, Amazing Race, Enduro, Sports Day and more making a return!

Three sessions. So many new faces. One massive challenge ahead 💪🔥

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to our Grit Fit open training sessions ahead of this weekend’s True Grit event at the brand new Barossa course!

Session one 14/3: THE SNAKE PIT 🐍
We hit the sand, got uncomfortable, flipped tyres, carried sandbags and completed 300 laps together as a group. Safe to say the legs were feeling it 😅

Session two 18/3: THE CITY 🌆
This one was all about teamwork, pushing harder when things got tough, and finding another gear when your body wanted to stop.

Session three 9/5: THE GYM 🏋️
We tackled rope climbs, monkey bars, jug carries, sandbag carries, sled pushes and more — giving everyone the chance to try something new and get a taste of the obstacles we’ll all be facing this Saturday.

To our LFB crew and every single person who came along — thank you. The energy, support and effort across all three sessions was unreal ❤️

We hope everyone walked away feeling stronger, more confident, and proud of themselves for stepping outside their comfort zone.

365 days. 5km every single day. No excuses. No shortcuts. Just grit, consistency, and a little bit of friendly competition 👊

Massive shoutout to Wynnie & Clinton who wrapped up their 365-day run streak on Friday — a challenge that started as a bet and turned into something seriously impressive. Early mornings (even before the crack of dawn 😅), late nights, squeezing runs in whenever they could… they showed up, every single day.

Along the way, they didn’t just stick to 5km either — taking on events like the Melbourne Marathon and still ticking off their daily distance. That’s a minimum of 1,825km over the past 12 months 🤯

What’s been incredible to watch is the accountability between the two of them. Neither one wanted to be the one to throw in the towel and let the other win!

Special mention to their partners, Chantel & Beth — who had to deal with the grumpy moods, the sore bodies, and those moments of trying to push them out the door when the last thing they wanted to do was run. Massive shoutout to you both as well… you deserve an award too 🏆

We hope you’ll both be taking a few days (or more) off running, but we’re sure you’ll still see them in the gym. Make sure to give Wynnie & Clinton a high five and let them know what legends they are — they’ve earned it 🙌

What can you do differently this week to keep progressing towards your goals?

How do I feel within myself, mentally, emotionally, physically etc?

We want to encourage you to sit down for a few minutes and write down some of these things. Take that time to be with yourself in the quiet, you are important too 💙
