Winter is always the hardest time to stay motivated, so this is perfect if you need a little extra accountability to keep moving, feeling good and looking after yourself over the cooler months. All sessions are private one-on-one sessions for women based in my home studio. Some clients come for strength or cardio, some focus on mobility, stretching and rehab… and some come mostly for the chats and tolerate the exercise.šŸ˜…

This offer is normally open to both new and existing clients, however I unfortunately have very limited availability to offer as I’m already quite booked, so I can’t guarantee that I can squeeze anyone new in, but please feel free to reach out and we can have a chat and see what we can do.

THE TERMS:
āœ”ļø Sessions must be used by the end of August 2026 (13 weeks available, no extensions)
āœ”ļø Multiple packages can be purchased if you train more than once per week, provided all sessions are used within the timeframe
āœ”ļø Payment is required upfront via cash (preferred), bank transfer or eftpos, and I’ll keep a tally of your sessions
āœ”ļø Standard 24 hour cancellation policy still applies. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited
āœ”ļøIf you already have existing credit I’ll extend that credit and use the package first

*Regular pricing is $30 for a 30min session and $40 for a 45min session.

Brooke was one of my very first clients, who I’ve trained for around 8 years. I’ve had the absolute privilege of seeing her grow and navigate life. From breakups, to new loves and job changes, to getting married and having a baby, then getting to meet her little one….I feel like we’ve been on a wonderful journey. She’s also watched me build the business, go through 2 years of trying for a baby, falling pregnant, and navigating both motherhood and divorce. I just made these apple pie ā€˜cheesecake’ breakfast jars. I haven’t tried them before and I tweaked the recipe a bit to add a ā€˜biscuit’ base using weetbix but they already look like they are going to be great!
You can find the base recipe I used on the ā€˜Mingle’ website. It’s using their sweet toppers which a bought a couple of weeks ago. The ā€˜cheesecake’ is made out of cottage cheese, yoghurt, cornflour, eggs, vanilla and maple syrup. Sophie and I went apple picking last week so I’ve added freshly stewed apples on top!

I reckon I could tweak this into some other flavours too if it’s good! I’ll report backšŸ˜€

A quick lunch or dinner packed with protein that can be prepped in advance….

SWEET POTATO WITH SALSA, CHICKEN AND COTTAGE CHEESE. I’ve added some broccoli on the side to keep it quick and easy too. I roasted the sweet potato in the air fryer yesterday, precooked the broccoli and had already shredded and frozen the chicken prior so it’s just a matter of heating and assembling when ready to eat. Simple and quickāœ”ļøšŸ˜€

Well that’s almost a wrap on school holidays! I’ve had lots of little visitors in the studio over the past two weeks, many even joining in on the exercise! There have been lots of games, colouring in, and so far everyone’s favourite…. Hungry Hippo planks using Easter eggs! I’ll definitely have to bring that one back next Easter!

Thank you to everyone for your patience when Sophie has been in the studio with me. This was our first set of school holidays to navigate! I think she’s a tougher trainer than me though, sorry to everyone who got more reps added from Sophie!🤪

Most of you know by now that I’m not one to chase PB’s or enter competitions. It’s not my thing, but I’ll cheer on anyone that does!

These moments here are what keep me on the right path. To be strong enough and healthy enough to hike up a mountain with my kid on my back because she’s tired. To move, lift and set up heavy camping gear on my own. To show my daughter strength in the form of physical, emotional and mental. To demonstrate balance in life and teach her how to find an appreciation for the small things, the small moments, that in turn are the biggest.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter. I’m not sure how we are here already in April but here we are! Keep pushing forward towards whatever drives youā¤ļø
