Life Is Short. Don't Stay Stuck.
I recently returned from Australia, where I had the opportunity to reconnect with several former clients. Hearing how their lives have changed since we worked together was both humbling and inspiring.
Then yesterday, I spoke with a woman in the USA who felt completely stuck. She is successful, intelligent and capable, yet despite knowing what she wanted, she couldn't seem to move forward.
During our conversation, she mentioned someone close to her who had spent more than a decade in therapy but still felt trapped in the same patterns.
It immediately reminded me of a former client, Chris.
When Chris first contacted me, he told me he had spent ten years working through his challenges but wasn't experiencing the change he desperately wanted.
What struck me along with the number of years, was the amount of life that had passed while he remained stuck.
I knew there had to be another way.
So I offered him an opportunity to experience my work.
He chose to do the work, committed fully to the process, and over the following months transformed the way he thought, felt and showed up in his life.
This video was recorded after we worked together together.
The reason I'm sharing it is to remind you that change is possible, not to criticise any other modalities.
If you've been struggling with the same thoughts, fears, habits or limitations for years, please don't assume that's just the way life has to be.
Life is too precious to spend waiting for things to somehow change on their own.

Years ago, I kept wondering why I struggled to stick to the things I said I’d do — even the ones I genuinely wanted to follow through on.
