Poor Aunty is injured π€
However my tarlings, Keep moving your body, find other things to do (like swimming) pilates, yoga π§ββοΈ aqua aerobics, walking. Sometimes when we stop π we donβt start again.
By all means REST when you need too. But when you can, do light work. & slowly return.
Aunty did 20 laps, I had it in my mind Iβd do 50, but who am I kidding ππ€£
Iβm 42 & my body isnβt recovering β€οΈβπ©Ή like it use too π₯Ί
However itβs the best I can do!
