Excited to share that I’ve taken on a coaching role with Moreton Bay City Pulse!

I’m really loving that they work from a Māori perspective, it brings such a strong sense of culture, connection, and purpose to the environment, which I value so much.

Sometimes stepping out of your comfort zone is exactly what you need. Leaving the Gold Coast and travelling north each week has definitely added a new level of adventure, and I’m embracing every minute of it. Growth doesn’t happen in the comfort zone, and this journey is already proving to be something special.

I just want to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all the amazing parents who message me with kind words and appreciation, it truly means a lot. Coaching your daughters is such a privilege, and knowing the impact I have makes it all even more special.

To my players, thank you for always being so grateful, respectful, and for saying thank you. It doesn’t go unnoticed. You make coaching such a rewarding experience, and I’m so proud of the people you’re becoming both on and off the court.

Firstly thank you to all my clients, been overwhelmed with such a great start to something I should have done a long time ago.

Back to mahi today. Please be advised my one on ones book out very quickly. I will look at my schedule to see if I can allocate more days considering my opens teams competitions will be finishing for the season in the next few weeks. Calendar will be updated 😊

▪️Dame Noeline Taurua VS NNZ▪️

It is really disappointing how Netball NZ has handled things with Noeline Taurua. After everything she’s done for the game — rebuilding the Silver Ferns, leading with heart, and inspiring so many — she deserved far better.

Noeline has given so much to netball in New Zealand and across the world. Her leadership, honesty, and passion for the sport have set the standard for so many of us in the netball community.

We stand with Noeline and appreciate all she’s done for our game ❤️

I was in the Herald today calling for Netball New Zealand’s funding to be frozen until we get some answers over what’s happening with Silver Ferns netball coach Noeline Taurua.

I think this is so shameful and unprecedented. I mean I have never seen anything like it.

I’m a former sports broadcaster and I couldn’t imagine an All Black coach being treated like this.

She just wants her job back , her father Kingi Taurua was my kaumātua at my marae Nga Whare Waatea for a decade and I can just imagine how angry my old mate would be.

Do the right thing Netball NZ and reinstate Noeline Taurua now.

Kairangi Netball Academy is dedicated to developing skilled, confident, and passionate netball players of all ages. Led by Trina, a qualified coach, umpire, and youth worker, the academy focuses on improving individual skills, game awareness, and teamwork in a supportive and fun environment.

Current times available for this week:
Friday - 4pm, 5pm
Sunday - 7am, 8am, 10am

Once my square website has been set up all bookings will need to be made through there and calendar availability will be listed on there also.
