Josh Marriner is entering his 8th NFL season and 10th year in athlete development, continuing his work of supporting athletes in their personal, professional, and holistic growth. As the Director of Player Engagement for the Arizona Cardinals, Josh leads programming and support systems designed to help players maximize who they are as men, leaders, professionals, and members of their families and communities.

In his role, Josh's responsibility for developing players is rooted in creating win-win solutions for both the organization and the men on the football team. His work focuses on aligning player growth with organizational success by supporting total wellness, leadership development, family engagement, professional transition, crisis support, and life beyond the game. He is passionate about helping players build the foundation, identity, and skills needed to thrive both during and after their playing careers.

Josh also serves as a member of the NFL Player Engagement Steering Committee, a group that helps guide and shape the player engagement space across the NFL. Through this role, he contributes to league-wide conversations around best practices, innovation, and the continued evolution of athlete development.

Driven by his belief in inspiring, influencing, and impacting others, Josh is committed to helping athletes grow beyond performance and step into the fullest version of who they are called to be. Outside of his professional work, Josh is a husband to his wife, Asya, and a proud father to their daughter, Layla.

🎙️ Introducing our next speaker for the 2026 Global Elite Sports Conference.

Lori Robinson is a former track & field student-athlete turned educator and sports business executive with 15+ years of cross-functional experience in Educational Assessment & Learning Development, Athlete Career and Professional Development, People Management & Organizational Leadership, and Program Development & Evaluation.

Robinson is currently leading the charge of holistic development of players, coaches, and staff by implementing the NFL Player Engagement pillars of Continuing Education, Financial Education & Literacy, Career & Professional Development, and Personal Development in Team Enrichment for the Houston Texans.

Prior to joining the Texans, Lori had professional stops at the Baltimore Ravens, Baylor University, Texas A&M University-College Station, The University of Tennessee-Knoxville, Louisiana State University-Baton Rouge (LSU), and Syracuse University serving in a variety of student-athlete support focused and player development roles.

Her purpose is to positively impact people and the spaces she occupies by leveraging the transformative power of education and sport by connecting with people, sharing information and resources, and equipping people with tools so they are empowered to positively impact the greater community.

Dr. Robinson earned her bachelor's degree in sport management and master's degree in Instructional Design, Development, and Evaluation from Syracuse University. She earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership, Research, and Counseling from LSU. She currently serves on the Syracuse University Falk College of Sport Advisory Board and is a founding member of the Falk College Emerging Leaders Council. Dr. Robinson is an active member in several committees in the Women Leaders in Sports organization where she co-leads the Professional Sports sub-committee.

🎙️ Introducing our next speakers for the 2026 Global Elite Sports Conference.

Dr. Kelli Moran-Miller is a licensed psychologist and Clinical Professor at Stanford University. She serves as the Associate Athletics Director of Mental Health & Performance Psychology for Stanford Athletics, leading a team that promotes mental resilience, well-being, and optimal performance among collegiate athletes.

Dr. Sonali Wason is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford School of Medicine and Assistant Director of Sport Psychology with Stanford Athletics. She manages mental health, wellness, and performance services for varsity student-athletes and spearheads wellness programming across the athletics department.

Prince Moody is Senior Associate Athletic Director for Impact and Sport at Temple University. With more than a decade of experience, he leads strategic initiatives supporting the academic, personal, and professional growth of more than 500 student-athletes.

Katie Fox is a former Division I collegiate soccer athlete with more than 25 years of coaching experience. She currently serves as Associate Head of Athletics at Sierra Canyon School in California.

Alicia Komaki was named the 2022 WBCA Pat Summitt National Coach of the Year and has been a finalist for the Naismith National Coach of the Year in 2026 and 2023. She was selected by USA Basketball to coach at the Nike Hoop Summit and chosen to coach the Jordan Brand National All-American Game in 2019 and 2026.

🎙️ Introducing our next speaker for the 2026 Global Elite Sports Conference.

Usama Young is an 8-year veteran of the NFL, a Super Bowl XLIV Champion, speaker, and philanthropist. Born and raised in Largo, MD, he earned a football scholarship to Kent State University and was later inducted into the Kent State University Athletics Hall of Fame.

Young was drafted to the New Orleans Saints and played an active role in relief efforts for victims of Hurricane Katrina. He won a Super Bowl with the Saints and went on to be recognized for his leadership and service, receiving the Browns' Byron "Whizzer" White Award and being named the Raiders' Walter Payton Man of the Year, the NFL's highest honor for excellence on and off the field.

After retiring in 2016, Young served for 8 years at the NFL league office, leading initiatives in financial literacy, social justice, and fatherhood as part of the Player Engagement Department. During this time, he also created the first-ever NFL Social Justice Town Hall, held in Los Angeles during Super Bowl LVI, uniting players, executives, and community leaders for collaborative change.

He currently serves as the Vice President of Player Engagement with the New York Giants, where he continues to educate, empower, and support players and their families through every phase of their journey in the League.

Young also leads The Believe In U foundation (BelieveInU.org), which empowers youth to unlock their full potential. As a speaker, he continues to inspire audiences across the country with talks on leadership, team building, resilience, and overcoming adversity.

🎙️ Introducing our next speaker for the 2026 Global Elite Sports Conference.

Danielle Mansell is currently Vice President, Service & Fan Experience for the Dallas Mavericks (NBA) and has worked across multiple leagues in multiple cities during her 17 year sports career. She began as a Premium Service Account Manager with the Oklahoma City Thunder and continued with leadership roles with the New Jersey Devils (NHL) and Prudential Center and Oklahoma City Energy (USL) and finally with the Dallas Mavs.

Danielle is passionate about evolving the Member journey to include engagement outside of the game experience and working to provide next-level pro-active service to all fans. When she isn't working, you'll find Danielle spending time with her husband Joshua and daughter and son. Danielle is an active member of her community including being a proud alumna of Leadership Dallas '23.

🎙 Introducing our next speaker for the 2026 Global Elite Sports Conference.

Duane Watson is a content producer with over 15 years' experience in media, writing, publishing, radio, podcasting, video production and social media. He is currently the Supervising Producer, Red Vertical at MLSE, where he oversees docuseries, social content, and game broadcast storytelling for the Toronto Raptors and Toronto FC.

During his eight-plus years at MLSE, Duane has produced content across the organization’s portfolio, including the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Argonauts, and with other partners such as Live Nation.

Previously, Duane was a freelance writer, contributing to SLAM, NBA.com, and HOOP among others, hosted and produced radio/podcasts with TSN and TSN 1050 Radio and produced The Hangout for NBA TV Canada. Duane also was the commissioner for Crown League, Nike Canada's summer Pro-Am league and oversaw on court operations for OVO Basketball, October's Very Own Pro-Am basketball league.

🎙️ Introducing our first speaker for the 2026 Global Elite Sports Conference.

Adrienne Scherenzel is the Senior Vice President of the Heisman Foundation, where she leads the Foundation's strategy to expand its impact across youth sports communities and empower the next generation of athlete leaders through the Heisman brand.

She brings more than 20 years of social impact experience to the role, most recently as Vice President of Community Engagement and Executive Director of Chicago Bulls Charities, where she built one of the NBA's most dynamic community platforms over seven seasons. Her work included flagship programs such as the Chicago Bulls Business Summit, the Girls Coaching Cohort, and facilitating four Bulls players winning the NBA’s prestigious Bob Lanier Community Assist Award.

Adrienne holds a Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Rosalind Franklin University and a B.S. in Psychology from Syracuse University, where she was a Division I scholarship athlete and 2022 Letter Winner of Distinction honoree. A Toronto native, she has called Chicago's south side home for nearly two decades.
