Strong Reformer isn’t your average Pilates class. We’ve combined reformer work with real strength training - kettlebells, bands, dumbbells - across the whole studio floor. Six women, fifty minutes, and you leave feeling strong, not just stretched.

This is exactly what we believe in: strength, mobility, and doing it with other women who understand what your body’s been through. Your body isn’t just being stretched here, it’s being built up.

If you’ve been curious about trying it, now’s a good time. Our Winter Wellness Special is on — 10 Reformer classes for $199, save up to $131. Ends Saturday 11 July.

One thing we wish more women knew about endometriosis?

Pain isn’t linear.

In our From the Clinic Room series, we’ve been sharing honest insights from our women’s health physio team throughout Endometriosis Awareness Month.

These are the conversations we have with women in clinic every day — the things we wish more people understood sooner.

With endometriosis, it’s completely normal for pain to fluctuate. Some days feel better, others feel like a step backwards — and that doesn’t mean your condition is worsening or that you’re doing anything wrong.

Progress isn’t about having perfect days. It’s about learning how to listen to your body, make small adjustments, and zoom out to see the bigger picture over time.

🎥 Today’s insight: Tara

✨ These are the conversations women’s health deserves.

If you’ve been following along this month, we hope this series has helped you better understand your body — and feel a little less alone in what you’re experiencing.

One thing we wish more women knew about endometriosis?

Pelvic floor tightness doesn’t mean your pelvic floor is weak.

In our From the Clinic Room series, we’re sharing honest insights from our women’s health physio team for Endometriosis Awareness Month.

These are the conversations we have with women in clinic every day — the things we wish more people understood sooner.

Endometriosis is often associated with increased tension through the pelvic floor, which can contribute to pain and dysfunction. But this doesn’t automatically mean the muscles are weak — and treating them like they are can sometimes make symptoms worse.

This becomes especially important during pregnancy. Assessing and managing pelvic floor tension can play a key role in preparing the body for birth, particularly if a vaginal delivery is planned.

🎥 Today’s insight: Emma

✨ These are the conversations women’s health deserves.

More perspectives from our physio team coming throughout the month.
