Tumble Lab is moving into our brand new full-time space in Upper Coomera 👏🥹

✨ Classes at the new location will begin Monday 2nd March
✨ Tumble Lab classes will run Monday–Wednesday, with Saturday classes remaining unchanged

We know many of our Brisbane and North Gold Coast families will be especially excited by this news 🤍

If we could only do one handstand shaping exercise, it would be this 👀🤸‍♀️

Perfect the shape before you take it upside down ✨

– Heels pressed firmly into the wall
– Hips tucked with the lower back connected
– Ribs pulled down
– Head neutral
– Press arms, elbows & hands into the wall

✨ This can also be done lying on your back as an easier starting option
Same shape. Same cues.

This one’s harder than it looks 🫣
