Good Evening Ladies !!
I thought I would touch base with you all and see how everyone is doing ?
And let you know how I am traveling ❤️
If you want to follow my journey closer ? I am on Instagtam I put a lot more of my
Day to Day activities and training on my Insta story xx
This week I have actually had a little more energy . Thankgod ! Then last week .. Just a little .
My body is still very fatigue and I am noticing that it is taking me a lot longer then usual to recover after my training sessions .
My calories at the moment is sitting at around 1500 Which is still pretty high considering I am 2 shows in .
My diet consists of egg whites , oats , potato’s , Rocket, frozen mixed berries , Chicken , steak , Zuicinni , capscicums , broccoli , dark chocolate
😍 ohh and I pretty much live on black coffee some
Days...
I travelled to Sunny Coast on the weekend and competed in ICN Tropix ( Natural Bodybuilding Competition ) where I did really well and managed to take home 3x 1st .
This weekend I will be competing again in ICN Brisbane Classic. Where I will have the chance to Qualify for Nationals in Sydney in 1 weeks time where I can have a chance at getting
A Pro Card -
( which is A+ top of your game trophy status ) 🥳
Then from there I have 2 weeks of training to smash it at Ms Fitness Australia June 2nd Gold Coast .
Anyone who is available to come and watch and support is very welcome too ❤️❤️❤️
Then it is relax time and back to normal life
