Tim and AJ have just completed a week at the Kodokan, completing the Kodokan International Judo Seminar for judo coaching principles.

We are looking forward to returning to Australia and sharing the knowledge we have gained.

A big thanks to the Kodokan and Judo Australia for enabling this amazing opportunity.

Today marks the 15 year birthday for full metal Jiu Jitsu. I’m proud to say I have been a member for 13 years and have ridden the highs and lows. (More highs than lows)
In 2020 in the height of covid, we were forced to move out of our dojo space and didn’t have a home. J***s and Full metal Jiu Jitsu were kind enough to give us refuge.
For the last six years we have been lucky to call this place our home for which we are extremely grateful. In return FMJJ has a judo program for their bjj students and our judokas have access to some of the best jits guys on the coast to improve their newaza.
Happy birthday FMJJ!
