F*CK YOUR RESOLUTION, START TODAY!

Use these 5 steps to build the new year, new me TODAY!

1. No one needs to be perfect, especially over the holidays. Enjoy the days with your family but stay focused on your goals!

2. Instead of wanting to drop 5 KGS aim to drop 2 over the holiday period and dont beat yourself up!

3. Wrap one more present, do 1k more steps, do 1 more group fitness class, do one more rep. What ever it is do it.

4. Finding the exercise you enjoy, you'll stick to it! If you hate it it is a chore, But just do something!

5. Find a healthy plan for the holiday period and stick to it! Then you'll hit the new year RUNNING!!!
