Hot Yoga Oxenford At Hot Yoga Oxenford we wish to create a space for community. Where you can come to yoga practice an Prior yoga experience or knowledge is not necessary.

At Hot Yoga Oxenford, the benefits of yoga are amplified by our inspiring community. No matter how you feel, you’re never too old, too big or too inflexible to try yoga. While each class is challenging, they are purposefully designed to gradually immerse the new student into the practice over time. Hit the mat and let go of whatever it is that’s holding you back. Be willing to work with where you are and accept the amazing things that will happen when you start yoga.

On Thursday, 18th June, Rhian and I will be taking part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout to help raise awareness and funds for people in our local community experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity.

For many people on the Gold Coast, this isn’t just one hard night, it’s an ongoing reality. Some are sleeping rough, some are living in temporary accommodation, and many are quietly doing everything they can just to get through the week.

The funds raised through this event stay here on the Gold Coast, helping provide practical support like meals, beds, crisis accommodation, and essential resources for locals doing it tough. This is locals helping locals.

We know times are challenging for many right now, so there is absolutely no pressure to donate. But if you feel called to contribute, no matter how small, we would deeply appreciate your support.

And if donating isn’t possible, sharing this post helps more than you know. Awareness matters too.
