Loving all the energy in club this morning!!

This week is all about you, our discovery week is kicking off and it’s so lovely to see our community of supportive women standing along side new women coming in our doors today and this week to discover what our space is all about!

See women support, encourage, empower each other, you can really feel the love we have in our club because truely this is what we are all about- showing up when we may not feel our best, hair needing an overdue wash in a messy bun, showing up when we feel like life is so far from put together but yet we walk in the door and we all feel at peace because we aren’t the only one in that boat so if you’re wanting to find your space then this is your week because we have our discovery week where you can discover what BUMP Coomera is all about -

JUNE'S WORKSHOP IS COMING!!

Join us on the 15th of June at 6pm and understand how your core and pelvic floor work together, not in isolation. You’ll learn how to activate them and coordinate together to manage pressure, restore control, and rebuild strength from inside out. You'll also understand symptoms of Pelvic floor and core dysfunction and how to prevent issues for the rest of your life!

Meet your Host:
Heidi Kim is a Women’s Health, Dance and Endometriosis Physiotherapist, educator and speaker, passionate about translating science into practical, embodied understanding.

Through her clinic, Femme Physiotherapy & Wellness and Podcast Her Body Her Story, she works with women, dancers, and health professionals, supporting them through discomfort, injury, and life transitions. Her approach is informed by anatomy, strength training, and biomechanics, while also recognising how mindset and behavioural patterns influence physical outcomes.

As a national workshop facilitator and course presenter, she has delivered education to diverse audiences, including health professionals, dance teachers, pre-professionals, and medical registrars. Whether in a studio, seminar room, or clinical setting, her mission is to help people make meaningful shifts in how they move—and in how they understand and unlock their body’s full potential.
