Love Pilates I provide a fun, dynamic and professional Pilates class for beginners and intermediate. Pilates to suit you, in the comfort of your own home.

I am dedicated to inspiring my clients to achieve the optimum both physically and spiritually through exceptional Pilates instruction. My classes have a modern and unique feel to them and are suitable to all ages and fitness levels. Strengthening and toning your body, improving posture, balance, control and flexibility. My new obsession..stuffing capsicums or anything I can get my hands on!! This time I stuffed them with:
Lentils, Broccoli, spinach, zucchini, onion, garlic, parsley and basil, with just a little melted cheese on top!! Yummo!!
