I know you want to train postpartum but just unsure what you should actually do

Dumpling Bowl

400 cal | 37g protein | 55g |carbs | 5g fat

makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS
120g chicken breast mince
6 wonton wrappers
80g cabbage, finely shredded (roughly 1/4 small cabbage)
50g carrot, grated (1 small carrot)
20g shallots, sliced (2 shallots)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
5g dried shallots to serve (1 tsp)
20ml light soy sauce (1 tbsp + 1 tsp)
15g hoisin sauce (1 tbsp)

METHOD
Combine chicken mince, cabbage, carrot, and shallots in a bowl. Mix sauce ingredients together in a small bowl and set aside.

In a glass oven-safe dish, layer as follows

2 wonton wrappers, one third of the filling mixture, a drizzle of sauce. Repeat for 3 layers total, finishing with sauce on top.

Place dish in a large pan with enough boiling water to come halfway up the sides. Cover with a lid and steam on the stovetop for 12 minutes.

Top with dried shallots, crispy chilli, fresh shallots
Great fresh or meal prep

save this glute workout

why is it so good?

It ticks the boxes of

high tier exercises list - ones that load the muscle in the lengthen position and more stable movements so easy to load

volume is staying in optimal range which under less than 6 sets per muscle in a single session

alternating muscle groups not doing the same muscle groups back to back to so you can push harder to see more definition
