Our amazing ✨LEANNE✨!

Leanne🌟 - I am hesitant to share this, I feel very vulnerable... but it’s part of my story 🤍

These photos are 10 months apart. The photo on the left was taken in November 2025. I was at my heaviest weight ever 102kg.

I have always encouraged my clients to love and respect their bodies. But the truth is, I no longer recognised the woman looking back at me. I felt inflamed, exhausted, deep in perimenopause, carrying grief, and my nervous system was completely burnt out.

The hardest part?

I knew what to do... but it wasn’t working.

So I stopped trying to punish my body and started learning how to support it.

I took small steps because fatigue was high. I learned to regulate my nervous system, discovered Yin Yoga, and made it a non-negotiable alongside strength training and walking. I started listening to my body instead of fighting it.

The photo on the right is today.

Yes, 14kg lighter but it is much more than being smaller. Less inflammation, clearer in my mind, stronger, calmer, and far more intentional with how I move.

This transformation isn’t just about weight. It’s about coming home to myself and a reminder that healing isn’t always linear, sometimes the biggest changes happen when we stop fighting our bodies and start supporting them.

If you no longer recognise the woman staring back at you... it’s okay. I see you, I’ve been there✨️
