This week was all about simplifying advice for my clients!
Listening to many first time clients this week they seemed to have multiple points to complete just to hit a basic green-side bunker shot.
If you make golf complicated it will take its toll during a round!
When you play next prepare a routine to stick to pre-hit routine and complete it over every shot.
You have to start trusting what you know you can do and back yourself through thick and thin during a round!
A resilient mindset will develop and stop the over complication of putting a round together!

Always good working with Elden as I’m never concerned effort and determination won’t be applied during the lesson!
Adding some fundamental slight adjustments and prompting Elden that acceleration is essential on the downswing to deliver non rotating club-face at impact!
Also using some physical exercises to activate muscle groups was discussed moving forward!
