The kids and I have been super busy engaging in multiple sports and enjoying the little moments.

Māia comes from Māia-Jane who is my daughter. Maia-Jane is of Maori/Niuean and Australian decent. Her dad and I named her Māia-Jane with the meaning of Māia in Māori being brave warrior/confident/bold & courage.

I couldn’t think of a more aligned name for my business as our number one priority here at Maia recovery is to help our customers safely and comfortably achieve optimal results and tap into their inner warrior

In honour of Luna Capri Matenga’s 5th birthday, we will be contributing to “rainbow month”. This means for the month of April we will be donating a minimum of $10 from every hire to go towards the LUNA CAPRI FOUNDATION.

The mission is to:

-To promote empowerment, build confidence and encourage emotional wellness and resilience for young people

-To provide families, carers and education facilities the resources to support children in building their confidence and feeling empowered

-Encourage and support young people to understand Grief, Loss and Trauma and learn skills and strategies to live through this and express their emotions

-To support, encourage and connect families and young people through innovative means such as daily positive affirmations, resources and educational programs

-To create a community of support for families living through the Grief, Loss and Trauma cycle following the loss of a child

-Work with hospital and administrative staff to coordinate appropriate ‘Celebration of Life’ packages for children in the ICU and effect policy changes within this space

-Sprinkle Luna's magic throughout the community by spreading positive affirmations, building community spirit and encouraging reading at home, school and in community.

This is a foundation we hold super close to our hearts, and can’t wait to be able to sprinkle a little magic back on to them. 🌈

Services ROWECOVERY hire out are:
- Normatec Arms, Legs and Hip compressions.
- Foam rollers, triggers balls and stretching bands.
- Donjoy Iceman machine
- Crutches and moon-boots

We also sell:
Magnesium Chloride Flakes. These are stronger than Epsom salts and are from the company “Luvin Life”.
