It is with a heavy heart that I wish to advise that the Cutting Edge Martial Arts Centre has now closed permanently.

Today was the last training session and it was an emotional morning shared by all.

We wish to thank everyone who has trained over the past 10years. You are all truly incredible people and we are truly blessed to have met you and shared the journey with you how ever long it was for.

We wish you all the very best and happiness in your future and I hope that the time spent with us will be fond memories that last a life time.

As the chief instructor I want to personally say thank you and I am sorry that I couldn’t keep the dojo open. You will forever be a big part of my life. Thank you for trusting me in your martial arts journey.

Please be advised that today, Tuesday 13th of December, will be the last day for classes in 2022. Cutting Edge Martial Arts Centre will officially close for the school holidays on Thursday 15th of December and will return on the 16th of January 2023. We hope you enjoy the holidays!

Nationals Photo Dump!🥋🥊🏆

Over the past two days, three of our athletes, Anastasia, Brooke and Lachlan demonstrated incredible resilience and determination at the AMAC National Championships, with outstanding results as a result. While it was only a two-day competition, their achievements reflect the culmination of a years worth of effort. From qualifying in regional and state titles, to staying back late after class many times, the amazing results achieved have been a reflection of the commitment and love you have for Karate and your training. While it may not have all been easy, you represented the Dojo and most importantly, yourselves, with pride and respect. We are all so proud of the effort and results from this past weekend and we can’t wait to see what you do in the future!

Brooke - 1st in 13-15 years Traditional Forms & 2nd in 16-17 years Traditional Forms.
Anastasia - 2nd in Intermediate Traditional Forms & 4th in Intermediate Freestyle and Point Sparring.
Lachlan - 3rd in 7 years and under Freestyle Sparring & 5th in 7 years and under Point Sparring and Traditional Forms.

Today 3 of our students embarked on the journey down to Port Macquarie and over the next 2 days, they will compete in the AMAC National Championships. All 3 are competing in both a Kata and sparring division - with this being each athletes first national competition. Wishing Anastasia, Brooke and Lachlan the best of luck over the weekend, you got this!
