A local of the Gold Coast for over 20 years, Victoria Hoareau owns and operates Body Assist from her purpose built home gym in Bonogin. After the unexpected loss of both her mother and brother in 2010/11 due to health reasons, Vicki came to the conclusion ‘life’s too short’ to let it go by without attempting to achieve her dreams and goals. She made the life changing decision in 2011 to undertake and complete her certification to become an accredited fitness instructor. She has since achieved her ‘Certificate III’ & ‘Certificate IV’ in Fitness and is registered as an exercise professional with ‘Fitness Australia’, the national governing body for the health and fitness industry. This accreditation meets the industry standard requirements for becoming a Gym Instructor &/or Personal Trainer. Together with her certification, Vicki brings with her many years of practical fitness skills gained from her own experience and involvement in various group and boot camp programs. She is passionate about health, fitness and clean eating diets, and is constantly reading, researching & applying the most up-to-date techniques to her programs. Vick is an approachable and knowledgeable fitness instructor who brings a pragmatic and practical approach to her programs, tailoring suitable programs for individuals to achieve their absolute best results.
