Stand Up and Fight Welcome to "Stand Up And Fight". We are a small gym based in Ormeau that trains Muay Thai fighters.

We offer the best in fitness training, weight training and of course fight training at very affordable prices. We are based out of 2 gyms half way between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Our main gym is in Ormeau and the other runs out of our affiliate gym - World Gym Southside in Springwood. We offer:

Heys guys......A quick post from us to let everyone know Robbie is doing really well.

Almost 6 months of chemo and radiation and the guy is still fighting fit and winning as always!!!

We are looking at getting the gym back in action on wednesday nights. Obviously Robbie wont be doing much pad holding at the moment but you can bet your arse he'll be down there yelling at us all and pushing everyone to strive for greater things!!! :D :D :D
